#asktheexpert I have twins, I have 2 questions. 1. they are 13 months old , how can I clean their tongue. 2. what should be ideal eating routine for them for the day.

If they have teeth also you can use a toothbrush and toothpaste which is specifically for kids otherwise you can use your tongue cleaner to clean the tongue of your kids and apart from that when it comes to giving food to the child please include everything that family food into your place what you and your family are consuming
