Q.

#asktheexpert I have twins and my 2 ne baby was 2.2kg when born. Now she completed 11 months but weight is not increasing as expected. She is only 6kg now. She doesn’t drink formula milk and she doesn’t drink in feeding bottle. She bites the bottle. Any help on this ?

A. Hello mom you may try to give her in a sipper cup instead and observe the change. also alone formula milk is not sufficent for them, instead you may now offer weaning foods, with soft consistency food.

A. I gave her spout cup she doesn’t drink but she drinks in normal tumblers. Yes I am giving her other food. She takes all the food I give but very less. As you have mentioned about some check doctor will do can you please tell me wat kind of check. I asked doctor he only gave a hi kal formula milk and nothing else

A. You should check with your doctor to start with any necessary supplement required as sometimes the weight gain does not happen due to some nutritional deficiency as well so what the doctor is going to check they going to give you a clear help and advice on the situation
