Q.

#asktheexpert I have twin daughters who are 5 yr and 8 months now. One of them has already got three of her temporary teeth shed and fourth one is also loose. but in other daughter there is still no such sign.. is that fine? what is the appropriate age when permanent teeth begin to come?

A. This is perfectly fine. My tein kids as well didnt follow tge same timeline. One was ahead in teetjing while the other lagged. Likewise shedding the milk teeth was also faster with one twin and the other twin had it late. So dont worry.
