ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. you can continue breastfeeding your child take thyroxine regularly avoid oily and sweet food items drink lukewarm water walk for half an hour daily take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly
