#AskTheExpert I have thyoid problem. I got it checked yesterday also. I was taking 125 mcg thyroxin. I am a mother of 2 daughter's. my recent report says Tsh. 2.015 t4. 1.17 anti tpo. 120

Ma’am I’ll Just advise you to consult your Doctor Who ever has been giving you the medicines for thyroid just discussed your report with your doctor and go ahead with that medication that they’re advising you also I would just like to tell you that these days there is a proper session of yoga which really helps a lot in reducing thyroid completely so you can try that also along with the medicines
