#AskTheExpert I have the one month old baby.. my milk is not suffient for the baby I am giving nan pro along with my milk.. how much quantity I have to give each time when I fed formula.. an how to increase my milk supply please give suggetions

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you may try to take the lactating tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and keep baby healthy
