Q.

#asktheexpert I have stopped breastfeed for some reason. How do I restart again as there’s less supply of milk. Pumping is not helping me to regain the milk supply. How do I restart again?

A. Hello ma’am Once you quit breastfeeding it is very difficult to regain it and in fact I would rather say it’s next to impossible only to regain it so you can try to breastfeed your child if your child can get anything or you can try pumping if you get any milk then it is your luck otherwise it’s difficult
