#AskTheExpert i have started solids for my 6 month baby but since then he stay constipated for more than 3 days. what should i do.

please start with liquids and thay Too in smal quantity initially
start with soups and probiotics
solids can be given in the meshed and semi liquid form and after she's comfortable with liquids
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
