#AskTheExpert i have started solid food for my son is it necessary to put salt and sugar in it and can i give cow milk with food

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. it is not necessarily needed.. in fact salt and sugar are recommended to be introduce after the baby complete one year.. any animals milk as cow milk or Buffalo milk should be introduce to baby after baby complete one year of age..
