#asktheexpert I have seen two dots on my boy's upper gum. one in the front onther on the right. can it be a tooth?

A. hello mam yes it can be a tooth do not worry... start massaging the gums with clean cotton cloth wrapped around your finger 3-4 times a day and give teethers to chew on. . .
