Q.

#asktheexpert i have recently introduced my child to solid food since he is 6 and a half months old so what kind of food i should give him and how much will be enough for him, he eats lactogen 2 now...? can i give him salty or sweet food?

A. Salt you can add into the food for proper flavour and sugar would not be advisable to instead of sugar the best replacement that I can suggest you to use is to go ahead with using jaggery powder and both are completely healthy to be used so that’s what you can use and then you can start giving varieties made out of ragi Suji and oats and all kind of fruits and vegetables can also be given
