Weight loss in pcod is little difficult but not impossible
You need to follow a healthy lifestyle pattern
Have small and frequent meals
Increase the intake of fruits, vegetables, dal, sprouts ,rajma, chana, chola, low fat paneer, curd, if you eat non veg then egg, chicken
Reduce or completely stop sugar and refined products
Have 2 tsp flaxseeds everyday
Reduce roti intake en have oats or ragi or rice instead
Workout for atleasr 45-60 mins everyday ..
Water 2-3 litre of water every day

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Take more protein and fibre rich foods. Speak to a nutritionist for further advice.
