#asktheexpert I have low milk supply and my baby is satisfied after a formula feed every time.His birth weight is low 2.4 kgs and has slow weight gain now 2.9 kgs. Now I'm giving alternate feeds.Even after 4 hours my breasts doesn't feel full. How to increase my milk supply and not to feed formula?

A. Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day prefer taking it with warm milk that is going to help and right now your child is gaining appropriate amount of weight even if the child is combination feeding it is working well enough for your child
