Nihita mittalMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. good morning for around two weeks you should try to take a Himalaya shatavri powder it has to be taken with milk twice a day to make sure that you have sufficient milk supply it has to be taken for around 2 weeks minimum
