Q.

#AskTheExpert I have heard breastfeeding helps in reducing weight but mine has been increasing eventually past 4 months. I am worried regarding my health issues as I feel too low and inactive.

A. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat5 a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. hi yes , breastfeeding help to burn out extra calories. but as we all are different it is not necessary to have this. you should start doing exercises,yoga or Suryanamashkar daily. take homemade healthy food. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more drink plenty of fluids.
