#asktheexpert i have gone thru with normal delivery on 23rd nov 20 and have lots of stretch marks dark reddish in color as well as still my tummy looks like that another kid is inside and i am 7 month pregnant can i start exercise and what is best exercise and remedy for stretch marks plz help me out

A. Yes of course you can start all sorts of exercises as early as six weeks after giving birth and now you can very well do it. For stretch marks you can use vitamin E oil or coconut oil twice a day.Write Your Answer Here
