#AskTheExpert I have girl, she is now 5 month but not gain weight, still 4 kg, how can I get a remedy

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not ttaking enough calories Baby is not absorbing the enough calories which tghe baby is taking Baby is burning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

A. Hi parents you can give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
