Q.

#AskTheExpert I have giddiness through out the day mam. after 1 month of delivery I have this and sometimes ringing sound in the ear. my hemoglobin level is normal.why its happen. how can I get back to normal.pl suggest mam

A. well this is tinnitus and can be due to many reasons. it can be bp or lack of sleep. grt a full check up by a physician whi eill chrck up
