Q.

#AskTheExpert i have Gestational Diabetes. I monitor is 4 times a day and 3 times is perfectly okay while fasting sugar comes on higher side!

A. hi mom try to take 15 to 20 mins walk in the evenings of you are not on bed rest if sugars are higher then 110 or so kindly consult doctor
