A. Hello mam, prefer to have small meals rather than having heavy meals . Also keep yourself hydrated it’s very much important. And also avoid any kind of Sugary and processed and refined foods . Have more of whole grains cereals and pulses , sprouts , salads , chana , rajma , millets would be helpful . Fruits and vegetables- mein limit - potatoes , sweet potatoes, mangoes , banana , Chikku , Custard apple , water melon etc
