Q.

#AskTheExpert I have gained 13 kgs during pregnancy. Now, my child is 6 month old. I am of same weight still. Please advise how to loose weight without hampering my breast milk supply?

A. Can you please give in detail the workouts to be followed? I doubt that I have diastasis recti post delivery.

A. Hello mom Now you baby is six months old so it is totally safe to start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very Factive in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results fast. You should also put the calories intake and add more fiber food in your regular diet plan. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
