#asktheexpert I have enrolled my child in skating when he was 3.7 and now I am enrolling him in karate.Is both activity safe and I can continue or should I continue with one .Will there be any health issue if both activity continue but one day only one activity is there.

No it’s not a problem if you want to put your child into karate but is your child ready for karate first we need to look at that because it requires a lot of physical stamina and both the activities that you are doing so you make sure that you are giving a really good diet as in which is going to be appropriate so you should consult a nutritionist for that and I think the right age would be five years but still you check if that they suggest then you can put your child
