#asktheexpert I have delivered on 6th April 2021 , Having constipation,what should I take a laxative or isabgol,kindly suggest.

A. Laxatives would be a better choice to go for as of now .. You can take the same laxative as your doctor must have advised you after delivery for the time being and if the constipation issue is, continuously happening if it is persistent with you then it would be better for you that you should again consult your doctor as she can help you in the right manner over this issue
