Q.

#asktheexpert i have delivered my baby boy on 18th march 2021 by caessarean section... I have put on so much weight since then... now will it be appropriate time for doing exercises??

A. Dear mum, since it’s close to 5 months since your c-section, you can begin to exercise. You should start with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga. Later on, you can increase the intensity.
