Q.

#AskTheExpert I have delivered baby boy on 28th January 2021. It's now more than three months. I want to know is it safe to have sex relation now and what contraceptive method will be most useful at this time

A. yes of course you can continue with your relation now as your body has recovered fully you can use contraceptive injection which needs to be repeated every three months or you can go for copper t insertion which is a long-term method
