ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. why not take leave.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

take frequent breaks from your long sitting in front of system. take short walk and also follow your gynecologist advice take plenty of food it frequent meals and you should include a lot of salad protein rich food like Tofu paneer egg soya chunks and keep yourself hydrated..
do meditation and sums breathing techniques that you should ask your gynecologist which will be very helpful for you during the labour
