A. Hello mam it does occur as the time goes by the organs tend to get constricted due to the growing foetus and inspite of taking the diet well it occurs .. it’s a part and parcel or or pregnancy. Have small meals rather than heavy meals .. try to keep a gap between the food and your sleep routine
