Q.

#AskTheExpert i have been breastfeeding my baby for two months but by three months i feel my supply is reduced since my baby always cry.can i take granules and lactare tablets to increase my milk supply?

A. yes you can take lactare capsules or granules for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. hi yes , ofcourse you can take it is safe. I would suggest to use leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day.
