#AskTheExpert i have been asked to give ultra d3 drops of 1 ml daily to my child right after 6 months.now he is 3 yrs old. should I continue and if yes how much dose

A. there is no need to give any vitamin D3 supplementation to the baby who is 3 years and above age baby has to receive this vitamins from food and fruits and exposed to sunlight

A. hello...now you can stop...give high nutrition ndiet...It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken soups eggs), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
