Q.

#AskTheExpert I have baby girl via normal dilvery on 5 oct 2022. I have so much pain in my stiches from last one day. legs are paining to much and not able to walk properly without anyone's help. Is it normal? which medicine can i take to reduce pain?

A. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your udoctor ounce. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
