#AskTheExpert I have a problem of itching on all over my body....specifically on hands and feet. my doctor prescribed me allegra 120 mg once for 7 days....no itching during medication but as soon as I have finished my medicine on 7th day....itching start again on next day..wt should I do

kindly inform your treating doctor regarding this
take healthy and well blanaced diet
avoid taking processed oily spicy food and citrus fruits for now.
keep your body well hydrated
apply thin layer of coconut oil on itchy areas.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
maintain good hygiene
