A. Hi,If baby is active healthy otherwise, not cranky, pee count is 7-8 times a day, gaining weight means he is getting enough milk. Milk secretion increases based on demand. So more and more your baby tries to feed your milk supply will increase. Frequent pumping also helps in increasing milk. Have garlic, garlic milk Fenugreek seeds jeera water nuts oats green leafy vegetables ridge gourd bottle gourd pulses pumpkin dairy products etc in your daily diet. Take care and happy parenting.
