A. an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. .It Can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby. If your baby is on formual milk then it is also normal . Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. tc

A. Excess bile can cause green poop. A breastfed baby's poop, as it transitions from meconium to mature milk, may look greenish. Green poop may indicate a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance in breastfed babies, which results in your baby is getting a larger portion of foremilk (watery milk) than hindmilk (thicker, fattier milk).
