#AskTheExpert I have 3 days old baby girl and she is having gas issues. she keeps on crying for 4 hours regularly and she get relief after passing gas. what can we do?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. so for this so. gas issue troubles baby and can be relieved by giving exclusive mother milk . Also massage baby tummy clockwise and cycle baby legs to ease out gassy pain . Burp baby for 20 minutes after every feed. Can give gastica drops . Colic pain is common in bottle fed baby. Can be worst at night time and so baby cries a lot. Can give colic aid or drops meftal spas for relief .
