#AskTheExpert I have 3.3 years baby. He drinks only 2 liters milk in 24 hours but he don't eat any other food. Please suggest me which health drink is good for my kid and what is proper diet for my kid.

2 L milk is more than enough. Firstly if you will continue giving milk all the time then baby will never start taking proper meals because milk kills the hunger and also affects babies appetite. Now you should try to give daily routine food to your baby. And if your baby is taking 400 ML milk in a day that is more than enough rather than this baby should take at least four means
