AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom yes it is fine Constipation is common in breast feed babies. babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise,accepting feeds then no need to worry
