#asktheexpert I have 1 year twins baby boys. They are premature babies who born in 27 weeks. I couldn't give breast milk to my babies as i was not well. I am more concern regarding thier immunity system because of premature babies and breast milk which I couldn't give. please suggest.

A. no need to worry for this if mother milk is not given then enfamil formula along with the multivitamin and vitamin D and proper hygiene maintenance will do the same .
