#AskTheExpert i have 1 month old baby and i am facing low milk supply....how can increase milk supply what medicine to take

A. you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homedmade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ). you have tdo take all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child.

A. Take some lactation supplement along weather increase amount of water intake or liquid into yourself about 3 to 4 L minimum 4 L Radha and along with that protein fibre and good amount of green leafy vegetables and fibre associated
