#asktheexpert I had twins and have insufficiency of breast milk...right now feeding excella nan pro. can I shift them to cow milk

Not before completing the age of one it would not be advisable so I would advise you to continue with formula feeding only for your kids and once you complete the time of seven months you can start with Amul Taaza packet milk by adding 30% of water water that’s going to be good
