#AskTheExpert I had normal delivery on 27th March. How long to wait until I can start working on weight loss? How do I go about it? Also I'm breastfeeding

A. hi mom as of now baby is on breastfeeding so you should have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well this will help in better quality of milk and also weight loss
