Q.

#AskTheExpert I had my cesarean delivery last July..and i am worried that I didn't get my menstruation for past 4 months all of a sudden..is that normal? should I consult my gynecologists directly? thank you

A. its normal and no need to worry till one year after delivery no medication is needed for that you can wait for your periods to reoccur till one year. till then maintain good health

A. Hi mom It’s all normal and common It happens due to hormone changes No need to worry Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hydration Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food Stay hydrated Offer different varieties of food
