#asktheexpert I had emergency c section as baby was in distress. My baby has just turned one year and my weight has only reduced by 4 kilos since my operation. Also my tummy still looks big. I have multiple fibroids too. Could it be a reason for my tummy being big? Also how can I reduce my weight?

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually after delivery it is quite natural no need to worry about it you have to concentrate on your diet a little as well as you have to do some work out also take some time so it is said after delivery you have to die or tell me or else you have to use the tummy belt
