Q.

#asktheexpert I had dengue when my daughter was 3 months old, and since then, she has been completely on formula milk. I have taken lactare capsules and milk powder but could not produce breast milk. what should I do and what should I give to my daughter to compliment formula milk. she is now 5 months old

A. Inclusions in 5-Month Baby Food Chart ▪ Breast milk or formula milk. ▪ Mashed banana. ▪ Mashed avocado. ▪ Pear sauce. ▪ Apple puree. ▪ Well-cooked, and pureed carrot, peas, sweet potato or pumpkin. ▪ Pulse soup, made after boiling pulse in water. ▪ Rice water after boiling rice in sufficient water.
