#AskTheExpert I had csection at 30 April which activities I can do now, when I join jym and dance classes

A. no no.only slow walk.Try to stick to some brands only fir clothes and other articles as its better not to get carried away by all these fancy thingsAlways keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

A. hi no it is advisable to start any workout after 6 months of delivery. so wait for few days more. till that Walk walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. maintain good hygiene.
