Q.

#AskTheExpert - I had c section for my first child. I am 5 weeks pregnant now. what precautions should I take now. my son is 2 years old and is extensively dependent on me. I carry him collectively 2 hours per day for sleeping or during tantrums etc.

A. You should avoid heavy weight lifting and also more of lifting to your child. Whenever your child demands to lift him. You can just sit in a comfortable position and take your child on lap. Try to make a proper schedule plan for all your activities and have more of nutritious diet intake with proper water intake also.

A. hi dear In general, infants that are born very early are not considered to be viable until after 24 weeks gestation. This means that if you give birth to an infant before they are 24 weeks old, their chance of surviving is usually less than 50 percent. Some infants are born before 24 weeks gestation and do survive.
