#asktheexpert I had c sec delivery for twin baby on 21st november 2021, so now babies are running in 7th month, since I have to resume office now so want to stop breast feeding..but whenever I am not feeding babies, my breast is becoming hard & painful.. plz suggest the best way to slowly stop breast feeding

A. Hi Gradually stop feeding at night and then day You can express your milk and feed or Apply ice pack on your breast to reduce pain Once you stop feeding totally milk supply will gradually reduce
