#AskTheExpert I had c sec delivery 2 months ago. I feel heaviness and discomfort in my pelvic area while walking and changing sides while sleeping. is it normal and what to do about it?

Yes it is very normal but it happens in the initial time of delivery if you are still facing this problem even after two months of your C-section then you may as well get a check with your gynaecologist one time whatever is there the doctor would be able to assist you on that
