#AskTheExpert I had a normal delivery on 17th june this year. I did not realise when the initial milk produced and the breasts had hardened. one breast was more hardened than other. I took antibiotics for that and noqlw it's reduced, but the hardness is not completely gone. I am able to feed the baby in both sides, but I feel the milk in the breast which was hardened more is less when compared to other and baby also is comfortable feeding in the other side. is that fine or is there any cause of concern?
