Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi you need to take proper treatment for this because it is caused by body's immune system which attacks Healthy cells by Mistake . please do some low impact exercises like walking for few minutes in a day. have Healthy and nutritious diet. avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day avoid smoking.
