#asktheexpert I got my period s nine months ( my baby is ninemonths old) after delivery which type of contraception is better iwant to take two years gap to have next child please suggest me good method and I don't like to take pills because I have thyroid problem

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. oc pills or you can use depot. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
